Duties and Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
– Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
– Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
– Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
– Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
– Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
– Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
– Qualifications:
– Bachelors degree (prefered).
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the education sector.
– Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
– Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
